Information we collect

We store the details you submit: your name, contact information, vehicle preferences, message and contact permissions. Vehicle enquiries also include the listing ID, VIN or stock number, dealer source and listing details at the time of submission. We record public arrival and submission pages, visit dates and campaign labels, along with related advisor notes, appointments and follow-up tasks.

Contact preferences

Choose a reply by email or phone, or save your enquiry without follow-up. Marketing emails require a separate opt-in, which is unchecked by default.

How your information is used

Bishop & Mills uses your enquiry to provide automotive guidance and arrange the next step you request. Bishop & Mills reviews it in a private workspace.

Questions and changes

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or update your reply preferences. Withdrawal applies to future processing.

Site analytics

Exclude this browser from analytics or change your visit setting. Internal work should use direct site links; Search Console does not offer a browser visit exclusion.

When enabled, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages and completed enquiries by form type. It receives public campaign labels, with URL queries and fragments removed. We exclude names, contact details, messages, financial information, vehicle IDs and private account records. Advertising personalization is disabled.

Visit information stays on your device for up to 30 days. Google Analytics uses cookies to process site usage. Manage cookies and storage through your browser settings; enquiries work with analytics blocked. Private workspace and account pages are excluded from analytics.

Account access

Clerk manages sign-in. Your customer profile is linked to your account; team workspace access is restricted to authorized staff.
